Yes. Storm damage, dangerous trees, and urgent safety issues can be prioritised.

Some trees are protected by Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) or are located in Conservation Areas. We can check this for you and manage the application process if required.

Living in the National Park doesn’t automatically mean you need permission for routine tree work. What matters is whether your trees are protected by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) or if your property is within a Conservation Area.
As part of our due‐diligence process, we always contact the Snowdonia National Park warden team to check the status of your trees before any work begins. If permissions or notifications are required, we’ll advise you and handle the process so everything is fully compliant and stress‐free.

All timber, branches, and chip can be removed, recycled, or left on site. Many customers choose to keep logs for firewood or chip for paths and
borders.

Always. We leave every site clean, tidy, and safe, with minimal disruption to you or your neighbours. We can even protect your grass or driveway with matting to prevent any damage. If in the unlikely event that damage occurs to fencing or the like, we always repair or replace.

Yes. We work responsibly and in line with wildlife legislation, including checks for nesting birds and protected species. It is a criminal offence to disturb nesting birds or harm protected species such a bats. We work closely with Ecologists to survey sites if there is any chance we may disturb important wildlife.

Yes — we can supply risk assessments, method statements, and insurance certificates on request.

Pricing depends on factors such as tree size, access, risk level, equipment required, and waste removal. We aim to be transparent and fair, and we explain costs clearly before any work begins.

Yes. We provide scheduled pruning, estate management, and long‐term tree‐health monitoring for domestic and commercial clients.

Bank transfer is preferred, but alternative arrangements can be made if needed. We will send you an invoice via email once work is completed.

Yes we have rescued a few cats in our time! Recent projects with the Dyfi Osprey Centre have been a great success where we have installed cameras and repaired nests.
